Meet Juan
Juan has been building and remodeling homes on the Emerald Coast for over 25 years. He started Sea Breeze Construction because he wanted to do things a certain way — show up when you say you will, do the work right, charge a fair price, and move on to the next job.
That approach hasn't changed. Sea Breeze is still a small, family-owned operation. Juan is the one who comes to your house, writes the estimate, and oversees the work. There's no salesperson, no project manager, no runaround. You talk to the guy who's building your project.
We've never run an ad. Every job we've ever done came through word of mouth — a neighbor, a friend, a family member who had us do their bathroom, their siding, their addition. That kind of reputation takes 25 years to build, and we're not about to risk it on a shortcut.

Why the Emerald Coast Is Different
Building three miles from the Gulf of Mexico isn't the same as building in Atlanta or Nashville. The salt air corrodes fasteners and fixtures. The humidity drives moisture into walls and under floors. The sandy soil shifts. The hurricane codes are stricter than anywhere inland. And the UV down here breaks down materials faster than most homeowners realize.
Juan has watched materials fail that were supposed to last. He's opened up walls and found mold behind tile that was installed without a waterproof membrane. He's replaced siding that was rated for "coastal" but wasn't actually installed with the right fasteners.
After 25 years and 500+ projects, he knows what works out here — and more importantly, what doesn't. That knowledge shows up in every estimate we write. We spec the right materials, not the cheapest ones. We build to handle what the coast throws at your home, not just what looks good on install day.

Where We Work
Sea Breeze Construction serves homeowners across the 30A corridor and the greater Emerald Coast. Our primary service area includes:
- Santa Rosa Beach — our home base. We know every neighborhood, every HOA, and most of the inspectors by name.
- Destin — from Harbor to the Destin bridge, including Crystal Beach, Holiday Isle, and the older neighborhoods off 98.
- Panama City Beach — the west end and Pier Park area down to the county line.
- 30A communities — Miramar Beach, Inlet Beach, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Grayton Beach, and Seaside.
If you're within about 30 miles of Santa Rosa Beach, we can probably help. Give Juan a call and he'll let you know.
