How We Work
Juan comes out, looks at what you've got, and talks through what you want. He'll tell you what's realistic in your space and budget. You get a written estimate with materials itemized. Once you approve, most bathroom remodels take 3-5 weeks — longer if we uncover plumbing issues or water damage behind the walls, which happens more often than you'd think in coastal homes.

Around here, you need a proper exhaust fan (not the builder-grade one from 2005), waterproof membrane behind every tile surface, mold-resistant drywall, and stainless or brass fixtures that won't corrode.
